Course Description

Knock Their Socks Off Restorative Dentistry.
This fast-paced, informative session will introduce the participants to several new philosophies, materials and techniques in restorative dentistry designed to simplify clinical practice and provide exceptional clinical results that will impress your patients and ignite your fire for excellence. Various clinical tips and techniques will be introduced designed to eliminate common problems associated with routine clinical procedures. The course will cover creating life-like composite resin restorations, new materials and methods for esthetic dentistry, providing predictable and lasting implant prostheses. Additionally, this course will contain a segment on patient management and communication with an emphasis on increasing case understanding and acceptance.
Learner Outcomes
During this program practitioners will:- Learn the tricks to simple, beautiful composite restorations
- Understand the current principles of esthetic dentistry and how to apply these to your clinical cases
- Learn the common complications associated with implant restorations and how to apply them
- Learn how various injection molding techniques can enhance your practice.
- Obtain communication tips and trick designed to enhance patient understanding and acceptance of proposed treatment

Registration, Refund and Cancellation policies
All registrations must be done online at learn.llu.edu. At-the-door registration is not advisable as the online registration process must still be performed by the participant. Courses are canceled or confirmed by Loma Linda University School of Dentistry two weeks prior to course date. Please register early to avoid course cancellations. All dental courses are approved for continuing education credit on an hour-for-hour basis by the California State Board of Dental Examiners and the Academy of General Dentistry, up to a maximum of 8 educational units per day. Please refer to the course information for the number of units.
Continuing education programs offered by Loma Linda University School of Dentistry are intended to be for review purposes only. Additional training may be necessary to become fully proficient in any area or technique within dentistry.
A full credit card refund will be issued if a cancellation by an attendee is received within five days following the day of the course. We cannot issue a cash refund for credit card transactions. Course registration fees can also be transferred to other programs upon the request of the registrant.
